With a career spanning 17 cumulative years and three states—Alaska, Arizona, and now Florida—Blaise brings a wealth of geographical and technical expertise to the leadership team. As an Operations Manager and Part-Owner, he holds comprehensive licensing in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health, allowing him to oversee the full spectrum of client protection.
Insurance is in Blaise’s DNA; he originally joined the industry alongside his father and has since developed a reputation as the team’s primary problem-solver. He thrives on tackling the most complex “problem cases,” navigating the unique challenges of the Florida market to find resolutions where others might see dead ends.
Beyond the Office: Blaise is as active on the water as he is in the office. An avid sailor, he enjoys the Florida coast whenever possible, though he’s just as likely to be found on the golf course or immersed in a great movie or game. As a dedicated fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning, he rarely misses a chance to cheer on the Bolts.
On the Weekend: Sundays are reserved for the essentials: football, the grill, and family. You’ll usually find Blaise at home with his two dogs—Stella the German Shepherd and Marley the Maltese—prepping a meal and catching the game.
